trying to make an .iso or trying to make a bootable disk with an .iso?

When I am trying to make an iso file on my desktop using the windows 10 media creation tool, it says that it can not run the operation on my computer. what does this mean. so confused. 

maybe not enough space

 

download the iso file with the tool...make sure you have enough space

 

then use rufus to burn the iso to a usb stick
