Hello everyone, i need a little help about my issue with this BSOD Bad Pool Header....i was playing game it gave me bsod.....no windows update install...im kinda noob at crashing stuffs....so plz help me....

OS - windows 7 pro

platform-x64

No windows was installed originaly on my system

OS is Full retail version

my pc is 2 years old

CPU model:- i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Video card:-asus strix gtx 970

Motherboard:-asrock H61m-plus

power supply:-corsair vs550

Assemble pc

check hard drives/ssd for errors/bad sectors

test ram with, memtest86 or the one in windows

open a admin cmd prompt type what is bellow then hit enter, you should get 0 errors; if any reinstall windows.

sfc /scannow

I can't view your documents without some sort of password and username. 

 

 

A pool header issue is a problem with Windows memory allocation. Device driver issues are probably the most common, but this can have diverse causes including bad sectors or other disk write issues, and problems with some routers. (By theory, RAM problems would be suspect for memory pool issues).

 
Method 1:
 
Disconnect any external devices connected to the computer except the mouse and keyboard, check what happens.

With Windows 7, you can run a check disk from system recovery options using command prompt.

Method 2:
 
If the above step fails follow the steps:
 
Step 1:
 
Restart computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists. Follow the steps in the link:
 
 
Step 2:
 
If safe mode works restart computer in clean boot and check if the issue persists.Follow “step 1” in the link to enable to clean boot:
 
 
Follow the step 7 from the article to “Reset the computer to start as usual”, after performing the clean boot troubleshooting.
 
Method 3:
 
If the above step fails follow the steps in the link:
