Mouse clicks going through all Windows

Tried lots of diffrent things to try and fix Mouse clicks going to desktop the game stops responding for around a second while the mouse click goes to desktop using the Anker 2000 DPI mouse sorry for short post not great with forums

hey welcome to the forum!

if i understand correctly, when you click with your mouse while in-game, it minimizes the game and brings you back to your desktop?

 

couple question.

1.are you using dual monitors?

2.are you running fullscreen, or borderless?

3.have you tried cursorlock?
