If the fans dont have good static pressure, push pull helps if thats what you mean.

Linus actually tested this. Push is the best in his opinion, and push pull makes a negligible performance increase.

wait two fans mean push pull?

If you have a heatsink in this config:

 

fan blowing --> radiator/heatsink  = push

radiator/heatsink --> fan pulling    = pull

fan blowing --> radiator/heatsink --> fan pulling = push/pull

 

It depends on what you have the fans attached to; that is where the "name" comes from. Push is the best according to Linus. 

 

QUICK EDIT:

This is for a single radiator/heatsink. IE, sized for a single fan, one to fit on either side.
