Odd G-Mod issue.

I have G-Mod on this laptop i'm using and it runs completely fine until I pick something up with my gravity gun like a ragdoll, then it locks the game to 30fps. Exactly 30fps not under not over. Works completely fine on my desktop.

Not very good but my friend has lower specs and this doesn't happen to him with the same addons, same graphics settings, same almost everything.
