Which is better?

I would just like to know which of these 2 is better? Higher clock speeds or lower temps?

Don't get a 960, the R9 280/285/380/280x preform better.

I would wait untill PCCaseGear finds more R9 280's, R9 285's or R9 280x's in there store room.

Last month they found Windforce 280x and were selling it for $300
