Help!

I don't think you can increase the brightness more, the startup might be over volting or pushing the LED's to 3.4V to get it to flash brighter for a bit until going back to say around 3.0-3.3V. Also it might be the key caps that are causing the dimmness if they don't really let light through.

Anyway i can increase the voltage to a constant 3.4v do you think?

Not really you would need to be messing around with the power supply for the LED's, also running them at higher voltages will degrade them faster and in the end make it dim again, you can try one thing which is to make a white paper or plastic backer that goes under the keys to reflect some more of that light up might help.

Kind of like this that are on Razer keyboards:

Dammit i was hoping i could somehow increase that brightness.Because when it does that bright flash its a really nice even level.Wonder why it flashes for a second when plugged in

Also theres no room to make a backing like that unfortunately

Probably something in the firmware or chip that controls the lighting unfortunately other than giving it a white backer there isn't much else that can be done. Still it looks like a sweet keyboard I love that brushed metal finish on the front.

It's a wireless and wired capable keyboard does it go brighter if you plug it in, it might have a power saving mode built in so it doesn't drain itself.

It doesnt change brightness if its plugged in or not just the same settings.

Its such a good little keyboard but the brightness kind of ruins it.
