Weird trouble, guys please help

So, the problems I ran into got quite weird.

I'm trying to flash my Xiaomi Mi2S phone with MIUI 4 (JLB developer ROM) or older. MIUI 5 doesn't work for me. At all. I want to flash it with fastboot because nothing else seems to really work.

The problem is that I can't seem to get the fastboot ROM. I originally tried to aquire the ROM from here:

The download starts, but it will never finish it's work. The .rar files are downloading extremely slow, It takes minutes for a few megabytes, but after 20 or 30 megabytes it just stops. I didn't have any similair trouble trying to download recovery ROMs, but the fastboot ones just won't download. Could you guys at least check this out for me, if it won't work for you too? You guys knows what could be causing this? Lame server, sure, but recovery ROMs seem to be downloading jsut fine. And if anyone of you manages to find a fastboot ROM for Mi2S with MiUI 4 or less, could you please send it to me someway?
