Salvaged Microphone

I salvaged an old microphone from an old intercom and I have a Stereo Audio wire without the L channel audio cut off, the only has 2 wires (red and black) and I wanted to know if its possible to cross the R channel audio with the L channel so the audio isn't only on the Right side
