Friend needs a cheap computer to play video juégos on his 1600x900 resolution monitor.
For about 360$ I've thought up of buying every part as new and the GPU used. The components I thought of are as follows:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz
RAM: Any 4GB DDR3 module
Motherboard: Asus A88XM-E
Case: Literally any cheap case
Storage: Kingston SSD 120GB
PSU: Any ~550W PSU

Now the GPU is where I'm not sure what to do, there's about 4 okay GPU's I found for very cheap. Two AMD's, the 7770 and the 6850 which would wouldn't really have us worrying about the PSU.
But I also found a GTX 570 and a GTX 560 TI for the same price but they both have a lot of wattage plus the PSU's I'm looking at don't even have the required pins, that's fixable with a molex, I guess.
What do you think of this build? What GPU do you think would be more suitable? I'm definitely thinking of the GTX 570 and I'm pretty sure it has or will have DirectX 12 support in the future which is a plus over the AMD cards.
