Yea, change it to August 2014

I get this error message at the end of the install, and when I click "Activate Manually" Nothing happened.

Thats not the case. Even I have the same problem. So i just threw the disc :(

I installed GTA IV on this computer once and it ran, but I couldn't change the Graphical settings.

Then I installed 2 patches and the whole game broke!

You must of had less problems than me.

I had the 3GB GDDR5 Glitch that makes it so I am at minimum settings.

(I fixed that, now I am downloading a patch!)

I deiced GTA IV is the worst GTA (Back when I was a PS3 Peasant)

It is horrible on PC.

I can even download the 100MB patch from R*!
