Nexus 6 Calling Issues

Hello all! I've owned my Nexus 6 for the past 9 months, and I just started having issues with calling. It seems there is some static in the phone line. I know its not the speaker because whenever I watch a video, its not there. Is it the SIM card? The radio? Or just the carrier having Issues with the phone? (Keep in mind that this issue is consistently reoccurring)

i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock

have you tried a diffrent phone to see if its the sim, try factory reset, if not RMA
