Pentium g3258 OC

I got a gtx 750 tI and a pentium g3258 3.2 at 60' playing cs go.

People say that "the architecture on the g3258 can handle OC with the stock cooler" everyone says.

Is my temperatures normal. Are there any cheap good CPU coolers and do case fans even help with temperature for CPU. I can just buy $2 case fans if it helps but I highly doubt it.

Is it better with my Side panel on?

Don't say hyper evo 212 that's expensive. It's like $50 here. >$20. I found a $20 CPU cooler on ebay

You can go up to 4.0 GHz on stock just make sure your case have decent airflow.

 

Along with the H212E case, aren't there other brands that are cheaper?

You can go up to 4.0 GHz on stock just make sure your case have decent airflow.

I'm just going to the bios with the selection I can just select 4.2 right of the bat. Will it crash? That's what my friend says it could and frequent crashes

I might check it's list and find a cheaper alternative.

Are these things really the only option, I think there is probably a heatsink tower with a 120mm fan at a lower price.
