I finished my build ~ 1 week ago, and it's been pretty good, except for one problem that I have been running into recently: https://i.imgur.com/VxiOZcN.png

This has happened with both SpeedFan, and GPU-Z. Also shows up on MSPaint, see here: https://i.imgur.com/Gt3I4Zo.png

Anyone have any idea of what it could be and what I can do to fix it? I've posted this in a few other places without help yet.

Severe artifacting. What's the rig?

I'm using the AMD 15.8 drivers(latest beta)
It might be worth noting that I haven't seen much of this in games, if at all. Just certain programs.

Your GPU Is Dying, do you OC it ?

No, the Gigabyte R9 390 is actually voltage locked, but I'm going to try an older version of AMD drivers and see what happens.

After downgrading to older drivers the problem did fix itself. However, this is still a concern. Why was this happening? Is there something wrong with my card?
