Hi is there anyone who can explain and fix this for me. The problem only exists when I have SLI enabled. If I disable SLI everything works fine I am running the latest drivers and done multiple clean installs of my graphics card drivers.

Just wait for Nvidia to fix the drivers or update them. With my 970, the driver crashes every time I change audio outputs in the windows volume mixer and when I sleep my computer.

this is probably a fault of the bios/uefi with the driver

you could try updating your bios and play around with some of the settings and see if it works better

After doing all that It didn't work. So I installing windows 10 on a clean HDD along with all the latest drivers and it is still happening :(. I think I am just going to downgrade to my Windows 7 backup HDD and wait for a driver update.
