Asus Q302 Wireless Card?

It seems that the wireless card in my Asus Q302 is quite terrible to be honest. I can not watch a stream on twitch without buffering, and this does not occur on my phone, chromecast, tablet, or even old gateway ne65r13u laptop from 2010. It is not browser specific since it happen on both Chrome and Opera. 

 

When comparing speedtest results from the same server I notice similar pings between my laptop and other devices, however my laptop is getting only 60% of the speeds that my other devices get.

 

Is this simply because Asus cheaped out and I should purchase an after market one, or should I maybe seek warranty?
