cheap ultrabook for students

Hi,

im looking for a light and thin laptop for college and needs to meet these requirements : 

- under £450

- at least 4gb ram

- at least 120 gb storage 

-13 inch screen

 

if anyone knows of a product this perfect please let me know and if not something close to it.

chromebook wont work as im studying software engineering and i havent found any good free online IDE's :L +i have a chromebook and its meh good thought though
