You can only pick one at a time. The slider applies to components universally.

Yes you can but Only if your Pc had a setting that the screensaver will kick in then you can have on til you are working on idle and one on full if that one is not beeing used. If the pc is going into screensaver mode the one on full will stop and the one in idle will fold.
