So, nearing my budget and can't afford a SSD and A HDD, Should I go with a hybrid, SSD, or HDD?

Don't get a SSHD just get a HDD for mass storage then a small amount of SSD for OS and anything else

If you aren't going to be able to afford a storage device for a few months, get a hybrid drive.

 

If you can go without a few months without a ton of storage, an SSD will suffice.
