PC Desk Plan Thoughts?

Opinions and Ideas?

 

This is just a simple plan for the desk pc... That Im hoping to do

Anyway so on the left the mobo and stuff on the right water cooling 

 

So what im asking is should I get a reference 980ti and water cool it or stay with the asus strix 980ti

Will the watercooling give me more overclockig and be faster than the strix card

Also I need to know where to put the psu for cable management so thoughts>
