New Pc

I'm new in the community and I'm not good in computers so, I hope you can help me.

I want to buy a new pc. I have some ideas but not sure which:

The computers are built by a seller, have the same components except for cpu and gpu. Both are functional with all the parts , the reason for listing only the important parts.I need help to chose one of the configurations, don't know between i5 or i3 which are better and why or if i3 is good enough for the configuration.

The second version need a dedicated gpu. I made a list with some graphics cards:

MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card-

Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card 

Asus Radeon R7 265 2GB Video Card  

 Asus Radeon R7 360 2GB Video Card

I need the best configuration possible with these parts. The i3 configuration or the i5 configuration with which card.
