Hey all, my friend is building a new PC later this year and he wants to keep it under $900 australian. He will use it mostly for gaming(CS:GO, BF4 etc.) and some adobe programs. I'd prefer to keep the R9-270. What do you guys think?

Some of these prices are manual because I buy from MSY, one of the cheapest places here but not on Pcpartpicker. The colour scheme is black.

He won't be able to overclock because he needs at least a z series motherboard.

Edit: also click on the bb code generator and paste it into here.

Thanks for the fix mate, Rebuilt the PC above^, Let me know what you think?

@OP i would also check around for a cheaper option on say the RAM/PSU , I'm sure I've seen it cheaper. I would check ebay or your local computer shop, something like that if you need to save a bit of cash.

Thanks for your help. He doesn't need the overclocking potential of a K processor, so I'll stick to the 4460. (He doesn't plan on OC'ing anyway). Also, the 750Ti does not have as good price/performance as say the R7-265 or the R7-260X, so I may still consider those or the 270. Btw, the Z87 mb is for haswell original, Z97 is for haswell refresh . . . Just saying. Thanks again
