Premiere Elements 13 - Not using full image resolution

I was using a very large image (9836x14102 pixels) in Premiere Elements 13 that I'd zoom in and out on but I noticed that in the final video zoomed in elements look really blurry. Here's a comparison picture showing a zoom in on the original image and the way Premiere Elements zooms:

I'd like to know if I have to change some settings somewhere or if there's nothing I could do...

Are you rendering it out in that resolution or a lower resolution?

As I said, I'm zooming into the image (up to ~500%).
