Windows 10 Sleep Mode issues

go to device manager and go to your realtek ethernet or what's your thing called that's showing on cmd prompt and disable wake it from sleep.

Since I have upgraded to Windows 10, after a while (about 10-60 min) in sleeping mode, it would automatically turn itself on again...

next time when it happens do this 

CMD prompt as admin > powercfg -lastwake

depending on that we can tell what's causing, for me it was media center update when it happened, for you it may be different.

next time when it happens do this

The thing it mention is the Realtek PCIe GBE Family-controller. Is it the internet connection?
