I'd go with this actually - the SeaSonic PSU is top-tier but Antec's HCG is also very solid

No problem - just make sure it's an IPS panel - I went from a TN to an IPS and the amount of eye-strain TN panels have is ungodly.

Also - check the link above :)

No need for a Z-board or Cooler with the 4460 - H97/H81 is all that's needed.

520W ain't great for a 290 - will work but yeah.

OP also want's a monitor and keyboard + mouse :P

Yep. But minus cooler and mobo + monitor would be perfecto. This rig looks insane.

True but 64$ monitors don't really perform well :D

Thank you all for your help. At first I was really pissed off, but now I see reason. This is why I love the pc gaming community. I have never built a computer before, and want my first experiance to be solid.

No problem ^_^

Hope everything ends up fine

Thanks. I am going to wait for everything to arrive and will probably build it anyway because returning it while it still ships isnt a good idea. Besides, if anything goes wrong or is doa, free refund!

True. Good luck :P
