What's wrong?

Here is my current build, my CPU is running at 4.5 GHz

 

When I play intensive games, my computer will sometimes turn off, before rebooting. 

 

Am I pulling too much wattage? is the PSU failing?

 

I've had it for almost 2 years, and it has lasted through 3 CPU and 3 GPU upgrades

Crappy PSU - not for OCing and it's likely unstable. Replace asap.

EDIT: Try a different one first but I bet on it.

yea get a new psu. you have a had psu and only 80+ lol, qnd you run that psu with kind of setup .

80+ and 80+ bronze are different. your psu is 80+ certified, and the psu would have a bronze badge on it too.

A 1000W good PSU will deliver 1000W TO THE SYSTEM even if it's 40% efficient. it will simply pull 1600W from the wall.
