Sims 3 Problems!

So today i wanted to play sims 3 (yes i still play it sims 4 sucks) but when i try to either start the game or install some content from the exchange i get a message reading: Unable to start game service initialization failed error code: 0x0175d824. Can any of you please help me with this???
