windows 10 Keyboard stuck

hey pll i want to instal windows 10 on a g50 lenovo laptop. But with both method : usb clean instal and upgrade via media creation windows tool thingy I got stuck on choose your keyboar preferences . I cant press next or anything. I can only shut down with the phisical button.

Is your keyboard working when you get to that point? Try using the Tab key to select the Next button and press Enter. Also try using an external USB mouse.
