Ditch the motherboard and cooler, get something from Asus or MSI for the motherboard.

 

For the cooler, you can just use the stock cooler.

You might be better off with a 380, keep the cooler and the motherboard as long as they fit your needs brands don't matter as long as the quality is good

Yeah over clocking gpu's is more or less luck, like I bought a 970 and when I try to give it a decent overclock it crashes, my friends however does not, it's the cpu that requires the right motherboard for overclocking, but as someone above mentioned a 4460 is a better cpu for still very cheap
