I wanted to build my 1st pc. I want it to be under $450 w/o the os does this look good to you guys. I will be using the computer for school work, light CAD, and start getting into light pc gaming with steam. Will this be sufficient or can you modify this system to be better? Leave your input to help me out

Try and find a used 280x, or 7970. Should be able to snag one for around $70, and it'd be around 10x better than the 740.

I really don't do much gpu intensive work. Even in solidworks(CAD) I was able to have it running ok/fine on my laptop's integrated 4200U HD 4400. So for $450 is this OK or should I buy this without the gpu and wait a little bit for the holiday time gpu sales to work into my price range?
