Hello, I have had a Asus Zenfone 2 (64GB, 4GB of RAM) model for about 3 months. Everything has been running smoothly until today. I went to go check the time and I realized it was off even though I didn't turn it off. I held down the power button until it started to vibrate which indicates its turning on but the screen did not do anything. When I got home I plugged it into my charger. After a little while I noticed that it would vibrate about every minute or so while it was plugged in. It seems like the phone is restarting on its own while its plugged in but the screen does not show anything. So the phone is currently unresponsive. If anyone can tell me why this is happening would be great! Also if there is anyway to fix it!

Thanks,

-kdsjr123

Try to hold down the power button and the volume down button to enter the bios and see if anything comes up

Then your screen might be dead. Look up your phone on this site and look in the support forum: www.xda-developers.com
