Removing notification programs on Win10?

It's come to my attention that one of the programs I use for a game (which has some instability issues on Windows 10) will be added to notifications each time it's launched, and will not remove itself.

 

 

Normally I google such things, but google is just 30 pages of nothing but how to remove the get windows 10 upgrade notification...

Would anybody know how to remove programs from notifications?

 

Maybe somewhere in admin tools, or in the registry?

Tried several places now to find a fix for this, nobody replies anywhere, hoping you guys might know how to remove programs from here.

I would try reinstalling the program.

There is no install, it's just a .exe that adds another copy to notification every time you run it.  Which is why I'm trying to find it in the registry to remove them from notifications.
