Ok, I need some help here. Just lately I've realized (within the hour) that at an idle, my computer uses 75% RAM storage. Now keep in mind, I have 16gb of ram. I have uninstalled the RAM, put it in different slots, restarted computer, basically everything other than factory reset. I guess I really wouldn't care if I had to factory reset, I just would rather not. I'm also pretty sure that I have no viruses causing that. Also, when I have AVG Free running, it hogs all of my Disk usage. I'm not sure how to do this, this is a homemade built computer, but it was put together correctly and I've been running smooth since April when I built it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Re-install Windows 10. It does this sometimes.

Ok, well it wasn't doing this when I first got it. Is there any specific way I should go about reinstalling it?
