Hey everyone,

Im back to ask another question after formatting and installing w7 after w10 took a shit. After the fresh install, i installed office 2013. Sometimes Word, Excel and PowerPoint would open. But a lot of the time it would display an error box "0xc000005". I checked event viewer for the malfunctioning module but in the report it said the module was unknown. I can probs copy the report here. Any help, ive tried reinstalling office as well! :(

Sounds like a licensing issue!

Take up to ccleaner pro trial to fix the issue by fixing the registry.

Or you could dock to a bay if you know what I mean

I will do 1 last clean install of office and then do what you said. Btw this office license is supplied through my office 365 coprate account from school that allows up to 5 computers. I had an issue with a sound driver causing same issue with windows explorer so i rolled back the driver, installed a hotfix and explorer no longer crashes (yet at least). Its just office having issues

Check up on the licensing info, then enable auto update in windows update, and also enable office updates with windows. This will fix the major issues.
