I have nzxt s340 gigabyte b85m-d3h-a mobo, i4690, seasonic s12 II fully modular, Asus strix OC 970, 1 x front 120mm nzxt fan

My temp in idle are - 42

In gaming around - 69 sometimes reaching 71 in Cpu intensive games

Ambience temp is 30C I don't really have open space for case maybe that's causing

So need help understanding whether I need a cpu cooler if yes which one need to have good fit I looked at cm 212x hyper and it was recommended I need to purchase it from India so keep the recommended coolers in that price range

There's no need for an aftermarket cooler. You're fine up to 90c.

Some people are giving me scare that it will reduce the life and that temp is above normal., getting CM Fan already have a NZXT 120mm fan at front i can use a different model of fan and that would be ok right ?

71c is perfectly fine.
