I'm not sure what you're talking about. The connectors are SATA power and SATA data. They're both L shaped but the power connector is bigger.

I know what they are called I just don't know if they come with a psu or if I need to buy them seperately?

The power supply comes with the power connectors - usually they're part of a harness with 3-5 connectors, though sometimes it can also include molex connectors as well. The data cables can be bought separately, but usually motherboards come with 2-4.

There are generally two things you need to plug into a hard drive for it to work. One is for power and one is for data. The power cables will typically come with your power supply and the data cables will typically come with your motherboard.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
