Speakers / Headphones Problem

I have both a LG NB4540 and a sennheiser 449 plugged in in my Computer with my headphones being the ones active when I 

plug them at the front and the soundbar the one active if i unplug them because it is plugged in at the back.

 

Sometimes the computer is also used for music for everyone in the room to listen to but if i want to play a game I

have to play with it muted so that no one hears it. So, is there a way i can have both active at the same time with the

soundbar playing music and the headphones playing the game's sound? 

 

(They are both plugged in using the jack 3.5mm)

This question has been asked before, but I don't recall any workable solution coming up. Basically if your audio drivers don't already support it then you're probably out of luck.
