Help Me Set This Up

Hey all, I am hooking up a Bose sound system (I know, I know) to add to my Steelseries Siberia V2, so I don't have to wear my headset all the time. I want to do the following:

 

-Use my headset to hear and talk on Skype. I still want to be able to hear the game or whatever as well.

-Use the Bose sound system as, well, a sound system.

 

I have 7.1ch audio on the back of my shoebox PC, as well as a headphone and mic jack on the front. How should I go about doing this? The headeset uses a 3.5mm audio and 3.5mm mic jack (separate) and the sound system uses a single 3.5mm jack, and has two speakers and a subwoofer. Which should I plug into where? And how do I set it up software wise? Thanks!

 

Ports on the bakc of my PC:

-front (lime colored)

-mic (red)

-line in (blue)

-rear (black)

-center/subwoofer (orange)

-SPDIF Optical Out
