Apps only save to SSD?

Hey guys I got a new computer I have a 128GB SSD and a 2TB HDD Im on windows 10 when I go to settings-system-storage under save locations "New apps will save to" is locked on the SSD aka This PC (C:) I can change everything else but apps any idea why??

That's how Windows 10 is.  When you download new programs, make sure they install to your mass storage if you can.  Also, you can move your downloads, documents and photo folders to the hard drive to save space.

The feature to install Windows Apps (Universal apps) location to a different drive or SD card, has been postpone from the release version of Windows 10. (Probably had bugs and decided to remove it as they could not fix them in time. That is my guess).

128GB should be plenty however for your OS and apps, and even desktop application.
