First off let me explain where my fans are plugged into. The rear fan is plugged into FAN1 on the motherboard, The intake fan on the front is plugged into FAN2.

This is where things seem kind of off...

I have two noctua NF-F12s PWM fans plugged into bother of the CPU fan slots on the motherboard. Those nf-f12s are on my radiator. I then have the h100i pump plugged into FAN4 on the motherboard. The thing is corsair link detects that I have one PWM fan in the radiator but it doesn't detect the other Nf-f12, instead it shows the PUMP RPM and FAN4 RPM (WHICH IS ALSO THE PUMP) Here is what I mean - https://gyazo.com/151c2219bfd578d718c41a17a43e6093

I have a feeling that fan that isn't detected does not ramp up with the CPU temperatures giving me higher temps. Any suggestions?
