What is error code 000e6b80 in Skyrim?

Hello

 

After I bought a 1440p IPS monitor and downloaded the DLC texture pack from Steam for Skyrim, my game glitches and freezes and I get a error code 000e6b80.

 

Does anyone know what that means?

 

 

I have a computer with a i7 4790K, 16gb 2133 DDR3 ram, and a GTX660.  I am getting a GTX980 or 980ti.
