Invalid Partition Table Error in Windows boot

I'm installing Windows 10 on my PC via USB. I went to the website and downloaded the installer. I selected Windows 10 Pro as my version because that is the license I have and then I let it do its thing and save to my USB drive. When I try to boot from the drive after it is done installing it says Invalid Partition Table and then it stops. I can't press enter or anything it just stops. My USB drive has a 32 GB capacity and no other files on it at the time. Does anyone know why this issue is happening and how I can fix it?

What are you using to put the image on the USB drive? You can use the Media Creation Tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I've tried looking your problem up online and found a few users who received this error because the partition that it's supposed to boot to was inactive. They used Option 3 from these instructions to make it active and it worked after that: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html

Or get a smaller USB drive, 32GB might cause some issues somehow...

This sounds like the clown advice I got from Sony's tech support when I called asked about installing the firmware with the file stored on an 80GB external HDD (the one I removed from my PS3).

She said "The system probably can't find the file on such a large drive."

No. That's not how it works.  At all.

@bman7842 Are you installing Windows 10 on a blank hard drive?   How is the USB flash drive formatted?  And what is the partition scheme?

I don't know much about formatting, I tried with two different drives as well, one had never been used before with a capacity of 16gb and this one (32gb) which has been used previously but was cleared for the installation.

The first link you posted (Microsoft) is not a valid page according to them.

Reformat the thumb drive in the Disk Management utility.  If/when it gives you the option to, choose GTP (or GUID) instead of MBR. And of course select NTFS.

Then set up the drive again and try reinstalling it.

It's a common issue with USB drives, as they weren't designed to be larger than 4GB alot of them are formatted in FAT32, which definitely has issues with larger files (> 4GB).
