Hello everyone! I just placed my led strips with the 3M Tape. After awhile, the led strips start falling. My initial thought is the led heat is making the adhesive weak.. any solutions for this? Does anyone faced this problem too?

The LED should not produce enough heat to effect the tape. The entire reason we can stick LEDs everywhere, is because they dont produce a lot of heat.

So my guess is that you ether got cheap tape with crap adhesive or the case was not clean enough to where the tape could stick good enough.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

Nah, 3M is known to not sell shitty stuff.

And ducktape can be used to lift cars, but that dont mean it wont fail.

If the tape is good enough, then you ether dont used enough or it could not stick to the surface properly.
