Hi.

 

will these pins marked in the circle be fine or need to be re aligned?

for the cpu right?

 

dont ever touch the pins on a cpu socket i did once and when i booted up it jst shorted out..

yip, for the cpu

Yeah those look fairly bent you can try to very carefully with a pin try to realign it with the grid type pattern. To test seat the CPU into place then take it off after to see if those pins stay properly align if they do it should be good.
