Need help planning go transit trip

I need help from an experienced user of the go transit system. I have to go home from Uni on Saturday and have no idea how the fares and routes work. Some help is appreciated. So the trip begins at the Hamilton go Station and ends at the Scarborough go stop. I am planning on doing this at 4 pm on saturday. Anybody with experience with the routes and fare costs please help.
