Just recently got a gaming PC, and it's all running well, and I'm ready to overclock it :)

Specs:

i7 4790K

Corsair H100i

16GB Kingston HyperX Ram (DDR3 4x4GB)

Samsung 850 EVO 500GB

Cougar CMX1000 PSU (1000W 80+ Bronze)

MSI Z97A Gaming 7 USB 3.1 Motherboard

MSI Gaming GTX 980

Temperatures (degrees celcius)

Idle Temperatures

Ambient inside case ~ Room Temperature

CPU ~ 27-35

GPU ~ 30-40

RAM ~ Room Temperature

Load Temperatures

Ambient inside case ~ 35-40

CPU ~ 35-50 (light) 50-60 (heavy)

GPU ~ 40-55 (light) 55-65 (heavy)

RAM ~ 30

Fan speeds are fairly low and only kick in if CPU and/or GPU hits temperatures higher then about 65-70

So I want to overclock my CPU, GPU and RAM, and was wondering what setup works well, not hugely concerned about noise as my headphones block sound really well.

No, there is no signatute here, deal with it.

Everything looks good for overclocking, however i'm not certain what you're asking.

There are lots of guides on how to overclock if that's what you're asking.

Outside of that i'd just like to say that you really shouldn't bother overclocking RAM, it wont provide any noticeable difference to anything for the normal user but it is possible to for it to cause problems for this zero benefit
