Aida 64 / Prime 95 for cpu

Furmark  for gpu

 

If you're using an Intel chip, do NOT stress the FPU on it's own, or you'll hit 100c :/

Use Prime95. I also would stress test for 24 hours to ensure you have a stable over clock.
