Diskpart clean issue?

Hi there,

I'm running Windows 8.1 on my PC, if that matters.

 

Anyway, I went to format a micro SD card to Fat32 through diskpart, and the first thing I did was run "clean". That seemed to be successful, only issue now is that I can no longer see the card in windows... At all. I have a couple of ipod device things (A Fiio X5ii, and an Ibasso DX90) that both are capable of acting as micro SD to USB card readers, and neither recognizes the card. I also have the micro sd => full size sd card adapter that came with the micro SD card, and that doesn't allow windows to see it either. 

 

Could it be an issue of the card having already been formatted? I don't see why it would. I seem to recall having formatted cards to the same format just to clean them before. Any help would be amazing. The damn thing was readable about twenty minutes ago. 

 

Hopefully it didn't just die...
