Most games only get optimized in late beta or even during early release through patches and such

Hi all,

I have an i5 4460 and I recently tried playing the BO3 beta. I wasn't having frame issues but microstuttering. I tinkered with vsync and the settings before realising that my cpu usage was at 100% (I have a 970 btw). Just wondering if there are any adjustments I could make to stop my cpu from maxing out. Thanks!

It's the beta, some times they aren't optimized right for every system configuration. Just wait for the full game and then see if the problem consists.

Something else you can do is check your process, and see if there are any programs that use your CPU

Yeah I have checked and I closed everything, still happens :/
