should I just get this and cancel other oarder

out both mouse and keyboard on it?

I run this mousepad, really a desk mat, myself and love it. Its nice having your keyboard and mouse sitting on the same level surface. Additionally it keeps your keyboard from slipping at all and gives you plenty of room to move your mouse around the desk. The only downside I had was with my Ikea Galant the pad depth was so much that it had to set on top of my monitor base. I have since gone to a a desk mounted triple monitor stand and no longer have this issue.

P.S

As a warning if you get it, this thing stinks bad. It has a very strong rubber smell. I took mine and soaked it in water with a little dish detergent, rinsed it, then set it outside til it dried. This helped a lot, but wanted to warn you as at first it gave me headaches. I have one at home and at work, so I am guessing this is normal for the pad as both had the issue.

Can't even belive I am saying this, but will a optical pad work well with a laser mouse (naga 2012), it has in the past.

Is 14" length and 17 inches to large and what not.

I use a qck heavy with a sensei. I think people don't understand a quality mouse pad can handle a laser mouse.

I like having my keyboard on my mousepad too. The qck heavy isn't that great for it but for the setup I have now it'll do. I think it's great to have a huge mousepad though.

Yeah so I heard, Axe smells better doesn't it?

I heard the surface of a mouse/key surface is important on a flat desk (without the keyboard place) but I do not think the mouse pad is much of a diff.

My Family has a lot of money but a little heart when it comes to money (money onlt, otherwise very good hearts and almost no crasteroal, espesialy me). After spending 1200$ on a 3570K build (can't me that much), even $8 make a diff. nah rather them having to have to movie the pad or put a cloth under the plate of food that I eat when watching shows and movies and refusing delivery and redoing everything I will just keep this mouse pad...

I own this Mouse pad as well. It is amazing. Just soo big to cover up most of your desk. It does have an odor to it. But I didn't think it was that bad. It was gone after a while. But If i ever need to buy a 2nd mouse pad, i'll just re buy this one. I highly recommend it
